The 13th International Conference on Software Engineering Research, Management and Applications (SERA 2015) provides an international forum where engineers, researchers, and advanced graduate students are invited to present their experiences and their recent research results related to all aspects of software engineering. The conference is structured to cover the complete software lifecycle from design through deployment to maintenance and evolution.

SERA 2015 will include a high quality scientific program, invited speakers, tutorials and workshops in conjunction with the conference.

SERA is sponsored by International Association for Computer and Information Science (ACIS). Past SERA conferences were successfully held in Kitakyushu, Japan ('14), Prague, Czech Republic ('13), Shanghai, China ('12), Baltimore, MD, USA ('11), Montreal, Canada ('10), Haikou, China ('09), Prague, Czech Republic ('08), Busan, Korea ('07), Seattle, Washington, USA ('06), Mt. Pleasant, MI, USA ('05), Los Angeles, CA, USA ('04) and San Francisco, CA, USA ('03).

Proceedings will be published by IEEE and will be submitted to be indexed by EI, INSPEC and DBLP. The best 15 to 20 papers will be invited to publish in Studies in Computational Intelligence (SCI), Springer.
